CHECK VALVES & NEEDLE VALVES
Our check valves and needle valves are available in various materials, such as stainless steel (304/316), carbon steel and cast iron. Sizes of our valves range from 1/4" up to 48" and beyond for custom applications. Our check valves and needle valves are ideal for water, oil, gas, chemical (compressed gases) and air (compressed air and blower). We also carry Y-strainers which are listed below. Our check and needle valves are ARRA compliant and always shipped out of our USA factory location. CHECK VALVES & NEEDLE VALVES
FLANGED CHECK VALVE (300#)
300# flanged style stainless steel (ASTM A351 Gr. CF8M) check valve available in sizes 1/2" - 12" Pressure and temperature ratings in accordance with ASME/AST B16.34
FLANGED CHECK VALVE (150#)
150# flanged style stainless steel (ASTM A351 Gr. CF8M) check valve available in sizes 1/2" - 12" Pressure and temperature ratings in accordance with ASME/AST B16.34
INDUSTRIAL NEEDLE VALVE (THREADED)
Industrial grade needle valve in 316 high quality, investment cast body stainless steel available in sizes from 1/4" to 1" with a pressure rating of 6000PSI WOG.
SWING CHECK VALVE (THREADED)
The stainless steel swing check valve is available in sizes 1/4" - 3" with 200PSI working pressure and PTFE packing. Threaded (NPT) end connections.
WAFER CHECK VALVE
Stainless steel wafer check valve available in sizes 2" - 48" with a light and versatile design which is 80% - 90% less weight than conventional full-body swing check valves. Spring loaded discs available in various body materials (cast iron, carbon steel).
Y STRAINER (800#) NPT/SOCKET WELD
Stainless steel 800# Y strainer available in socket weld or threaded (NPT) connection ends in sizes 1/4" - 3". 800PSI working pressure, PTFE packing and a 316 stainless steel screen.
Y STRAINER (FLANGED) RAISED FACE
Raised face flanged Y strainer with flanged end connections. Stainless steel body available in sizes 2" - 6".
