Optional PTFE cavity filled 316 stainless steel sanitary ball valves are an ideal solutions for food/water services and general chemical service applications. PTFE seats and seals available upon request. Valtorc's highest selling sanitary ball valve series. General finish 10Ra; other finish available upon request. Valtorc's series 150 (SN) is a full bore sanitary design with enables full flow with minimal pressure drops. Optional cavity filled seats ensure safe and proper good grade handling properties.

A sanitary ball valve with cavity filled seats would be ideal for food or beverage industries, medical and waste industries. The series 150 is an easy to maintain ball valve series, designed with three pieces, allows for quick assemble and disassemble of the series 150 sanitary ball valve - no special tools or manuals are needed. The series 150 is a compact and simple design that's easy to build and fabricate into any production or pipe line. Ideal applications include, but not limited to: handling food materials, liquids and semi-solids. Pigging lines, medical product and various other food-grade applications. Available for manual mode or ISO direct mount applications with Valtorc brand electric or pneumatic actuation or as an automated package.
