Series 535SN Tri-Clamp Sanitary Butterfly Valves
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel
Sizing Options: 1/2" up to 6" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: 3-A FDA and USDA approved butterfly valve, 316L mirror finish, Viton EPDM and Silicon options. 13 position 204SS spring loaded lever, locking handle. 110PSI @ 200F, tri-clamp ends with optional butt weld and other ends available.
Series 285 Flanged 3/4-Way Stainless Steel Ball Valves
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel
Sizing Options: 2" up to 4" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: Ability to use for 3-way or 4-way usage. PTFE seats, API 598 testing standards. Stem rating of 150 PSI WSP. Blow out proof stem design with ISO 5211 approval for direct mount actuation. Stem and ball construction of 316 stainless steel. Options include L port, T port and X port configurations. Temperature rating -50F to 450F. ANSI B16.5 flanged design.
Series 520SN Sanitary Multi-Port Ball Valves
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel
Sizing Options: 1" up to 4" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: Available in 3-way or 4-way configurations, Blow out proof stem design, ISO 5211 direct mounting pad for actuation. Available in L/ T/ X/ I-port, 100% air tested at 80-100PSI. Temperature range -20F to 450F, trip clamp ends also offered in tube weld and extended tube weld.
Series 540SN Sanitary Check Valves
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel
Sizing Options: 1/2" - 6"
Key Benefits: Suitble for CIP, operating pressure of 150PSI. Temperature rating 30F - 225F max. Standard end connection clamp type, butt weld available upon request. Standard seals FDA Viton EPDM optional. Eccentric type available upon request.
Series 150SN Sanitary 2-Way Ball Valve
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel
Sizing Options: 1/2" up to 4" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: Sanitary tri-clamp connection ends, blow out proof stem design. Steam rating of 150PSI WSP, working pressure of 1000PSI. Temperature rating -150F to 246F. Locking handle device, full ISO 5211 mounting pad for actuation. PTFE seal kits available.
