Series 195 Flanged Port Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel Ball Valves

Series 285 Flanged 3/4-Way Stainless Steel Ball Valves
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel
Sizing Options: 2" up to 4" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: Ability to use for 3-way or 4-way usage. PTFE seats, API 598 testing standards. Stem rating of 150 PSI WSP. Blow out proof stem design with ISO 5211 approval for direct mount actuation. Stem and ball construction of 316 stainless steel. Options include L port, T port and X port configurations. Temperature rating -50F to 450F. ANSI B16.5 flanged design.
Series 300 Special Purpose Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves
Materials Offered: Carbon Steel
Sizing Options: 2" - 12" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: Offered in 150#/300#/600#/900# and 1500# options. API 607/6FA fire safe approval w ith anti blowout steam design and Nylon seats and Peek seats
Series 310 Special Purpose Three Piece Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves
Materials Offered: Carbon Steel
Sizing Options: 8" up to 24" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: Offered in class 150/300/600/900 and 1500 in sizes from 8" - 24" in size. The series 300 valves are offered in flanged connection ends with Nylon and Peek seats. Anti blowout stem permit the replacement of the stem seals with the Ball Valve in the full closed or open position. Two independent floating seat rings assure the bi-directional tightness of the valve from zero differential pressure to the maximum rated pressure.
Series 1200 Double Eccentric High Performance Butterfly Valves
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel
Sizing Options: 2" up to 24" with additional actuation options (electric of pneumatic)
Key Benefits: Offered in wafer or lug configurations, ASME class 150/300 body rating. High strength stainless steel stem for high torque applications. Fire safe seat design complies with NACE MRO 13 standards. Butterfly valves are available for saturated steam at 200PSI and 450PSI with a tight shut off vacuum to 2x10(2). The offset disc produces a cam-like action, pulling the disc from the seat.
